ROUSSOS finally got a well-deserved win this preparation after placing three times previously.
Digger McLellan was exceptional in the saddle and the Dream Ballad gelding obliged with a complete performance.
Jumped well, pushed forward to sit a length off the leader, and when they hit the straight he clicked through the gears quickly putting 1.3L on them.
